脚本的同步和备份

本来是对这个工具不怎么感冒的，但是昨天为了开发脚本调试bug把脚本都删了，自己写的还好，直接把自己上传的脚本装一下就好了，但是别人的都不记得装了哪个了。所以感觉这个备份还是很重要的，关键备份这个功能确实很强。
